BHIMF PARTNERS UP
WITH THE FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH OF LOS ANGELES
Beverly Hills International Music Festival and the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles welcome a joint event as they welcome an Italian organist, Donato Giupponi, to his North American debut.
Donato's career is a tapestry woven from countless concert stages across the globe. From the majestic cathedrals of Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, and almost every other Western and Eastern European country to the intimate churches and halls of Venezuela, Argentina, and Colombia, each performance has been a rollercoaster of eras, styles, and emotions.
As a composer, Donato has breathed new life into the organ repertoire, following classical traditions and merging them with modern influences. His compositions and arrangements often include an unexpected twist, like a virtuosic fugue suddenly morphing into a lively tango.
Education is another cornerstone of Donato's illustrious career. Over the years, he has mentored countless young musicians, sharing his knowledge and infectious enthusiasm for the art.

BHIMF GOES TO HOLLYWOOD. PIANO.
BHI Music Festival and Hollywood Piano join forces to produce an event worthy of music lovers' attention.
For this evening, the renowned Italian organist Donato Giupponi, who will play the grand organ of the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles on August 3, will swap it for a more intimate instrument: an 8-foot Steinway. He will be joined by the principal cellist of the Los Angeles Opera Orchestra, John Walz, and the internationally acclaimed concert soloist and recording artist, soprano Veronica Bell, promising an enchanting concert experience for all lovers of classical music.
